The Santa Ynez Valley Vineyard is located in the Santa Ynez AVA. With almost 77,000 acres planted to grapes, this is the largest AVA in the Santa Barbara area. The Santa Ynez Valley Vineyard is farmed organic.
The Enz Vineyard is located in the Lime Kiln AVA and was originally planted in the late 1800s along the San Andreas fault, making it among the oldest in the state. The vineyard is dry-farmed and organic.
The Alder Springs Vineyard is located on a 6,000 acre ranch outside of Laytonville. Stuart Bewley started planting in 1990, farms organically and is working towards transitioning to biodynamics. In addition his farm is H-2A certified for all temporary farm workers.
